Meet Diane
Diane's roots in real estate run deep. She grew up in northwest Arkansas, where her grandfather owned the local lumber yard. "I still love the smell of fresh cut wood" she says fondly. Eventually her grandfather went on to develop subdivisions, so she was able to observe first-hand everything involved in the process from the ground up. After attending the University of Arkansas, Diane spent ten years in the bridal industry as a wedding consultant learning how to utilize her stress management skills to help buyers and sellers handle the array of issues possible daily in real estate.
Diane has been in real estate over a decade. She is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and received the Platinum Award from Arkansas Realtor's Association Award of Excellence . She is ranked by "Arkansas Business" as one of the states top agents. Diane was voted by her peers as one of the best in a program called "Most Referred Real Estate Agents" and was recently voted to be Broker'Agent of the month in a statewide magazine publication.
Diane has two sons, Scott and Michael, a grandson whom she nicknamed "Joc." Joc is the light of her life. She sponsors Joc's sports team and he is often seen out with Diane helping her put up signs.
Diane believes firmly in the adage "What goes around comes around." She is making a career out of caring for others, making sure they have a home and friends in Jonesboro.  Meet Jenny
After moving to Jonesboro in 2002, Jenny attended Nettleton High School until graduating and studying Business Management & Marketing at both Arkansas State University & Arkansas Tech University. Jenny then returned to Jonesboro and attended Kelton Real Estate school in 2005, and has been on the Diane Cottingham Team ever since.
Jenny is a 2007 Graduate of Leadership Jonesboro, a program conducted by the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce designed to 'identify, educate, and motivate potential leaders to become involved in the future of the community.' Jenny serves on the Environment committee at the Chamber of Commerce and the NEA Real Estate Guide Committee at the Jonesboro Board of REALTORS. She was recently interviewed by NEA Business Today for 'Real Estate One on One.'
What stands out about Jenny the most is her hardworking spirit, bubbly personality, and constant thirst for knowledge. When asked what she likes best about her job, Jenny replied 'Since I purchased my very first home almost a year ago, I feel my favorite part of the business is working with first time home buyers.' She loves connecting with people, and helping them make one of the first big decisions of their life.
